Discover the Thrill of Paddleboarding with Me
I discovered stand-up paddleboarding in 2020, during the challenges of COVID and other major life changes. It was the perfect distraction and completely suited my adventurous personality. Being a people person, it also became a fantastic way to meet like-minded individuals who share a love for the water and the outdoors. Known for its "blue therapy" benefits, paddleboarding provided me with a sense of peace, freedom, and adventure, which I now love sharing with others.
In 2023, I expanded my skills by volunteering at a children's activity center, where I became a British Canoeing Watersports Instructor.
Alongside paddleboarding, I led a variety of outdoor activities, including woodland skills, orienteering, team challenges, and Swim Safe training for children. This experience perfectly complemented my love of the water, my passion for coaching, and my ongoing voluntary work as a Brownie Leader.
In 2024, I took the next step in my journey, qualifying as a BCAB Level 3 SUP Coach. Now, I've turned my passion into a business-helping people of all ages discover the joy of paddleboarding. I have a background in fitness coaching and love working with children, families, and adults to build confidence on the water in a fun, encouraging, and safe environment.
I am also DBS checked, first aid qualified and hold 2 x level 3 safeguarding through UK Coaching and Girl-guiding. I have also attended disabled ski guiding training

I provide mobile SUP coaching in and around Surrey, with a focus on Molesey, Thames Ditton, Kingston, Wisley, Ripley, Weybridge, and Shepperton. Whether you're looking for:
